Lets send the November 48%er's to Iraq and bring our boys home. Heck, I'll even buyem a plane ticket and an Orange Jumpsuit (the favorite attire of any insurgent's guests). They can unleash pretty barrages of flowers on the Ak47 weilding enemy. They can smokem out with herbal incense and attack with fully loaded bongs. If necessary they can melt their icy hearts with bongo drums and Kumbaya My Lords. Forget blinding lasersights mounted on rifles, the awe inspiring swirls in any tyedye shirt will confuse and pacify the enemy. All while patrolling the countryside, not in up armored Humvees (which kill the enviroment) but in pastel VW Bugs, which are immune to roadside bombs and RPG fire. They can bond with the enemy and show their love at FallujahStock. They can teach the insurgents not string up Americans from beams and bridges but earthcrystals and windchimes instead.

By sending the protesters to Iraq we can eventually accomplish one of two goals:

1. Crush the insurgency, as they will either kill themselves rather than be subjected to the Hippie onslaught or start lining up at Abu Gharid already naked with bags on their heads to escape it.

2. Prove to protesters that do make it back, if any do, that not all people in this
world believe in Freelove, tyedyes, and Peace.

Had a great time at my local grocery store last night. After having pulled a muscle in my back and gone to the minor emergency (I paid my $189 bill cash) I needed a snack. So, I dug out the change from under the couch, in the truck's ashtray, the dryer's lint trap and everywhere else to go shopping. My whopping $4.21 (or $4.12 if the gooey black thing is really a penny and not a dime) can buy a lot of 10 fer $1.00 Ramen noodles or 4 fer $1.00 Cheesy Noodles. As I hobbled and limped thru the aisles with my .59 cent bread, .49 cent housebrand 2liter Cola, 4 Cheesey Noodles, 10 Ramen noodles (Spicy beef), 2 bananas, and a dozen Grade A large eggs for .89 cents, I felt proud knowing I could survive till 10am Friday when I collect my paycheck. Unfortunately, at 1am there is only one checkout counter open, my luck I got stuck behind a rather large woman with a full shopping cart. As I watched her unload, I began to salivate (almost). Among other things; Ben and Jerry's Icecream, Presliced Precooked Brisket, Hi C Fruit Punch, Chocolate Milk, a block of Colby Jack cheese, Diet Vanilla Cherry DP, and to finish it off the 2ply Ultra Soft Mega Roll TP (Beats my 1ply sandpaper rejects I get at the dollar store that run 8 fer buck). She missed the cutoff for alcohol so the 3 four packs of Wine Coolers had to go back. Yep, took a good 5 minutes to ring up, but I wasn't shocked to see her $220 plus bill (gotta love those checkout monitors, the person behind you can see how much your Preparation H Fast Relief creme costs). No, but seeing the monitor say $107 FoodStamp Eligible did. And with that out came the Master's new chain, the Food Stamp Card (Lonestar Card here in Texas). Four little jabs at the card swiper with her rather large fingers and the bill came out to about $116. She had a shopping cart full of food good enough to party with, and I became angry that my Check gets shaved every week to pay for it. As i stared in disbelief she used a Gold card to pay the balance, "need my airline miles" she told the cashier. She pushes the cart out the door and towards a waiting cab, who has probably been waiting with the meter running. Great, I walk to work sometimes to save gas or let the wife use our one car, and she collects airline miles and pays with foodstamps, whilst taxiing around town?? I should have just done the stereotypical minority thing and went to the ER for my back, shrugged my shoulders and let the city foot the bill, used my foodstamps to buy BBQ and Chips while saving my dollars for beer, and thrown a big party on my front lawn, blasting obscenely loud music, next to my cars parked in the grass and sofas on the porch, while being abused by the police (This is the way liberals like to thing of minorities). My luck I went over my budget and had to put the soda back, but i figured i could find some Tea packets and borrow a lime from the frat guys next door.
Then the cashier told me I would have to use the CoinStar Coin machine upfront she couldnt accept that much change. And when the machine was done counting my coins, i lost another .40 cents for the "convenience fee". So I put back my .59 cent bread and drove home with the A/C off to save gas.

One more Supreme Court ruling (Kelo vs. New London) showing how the left in this country care so much about an individual and his/her property (they don't). In the eyes of the left, eminent domain can be used in any case part of the city, because as we all know, liberals consider private property to be property of the state, lived on and occupied by a private individual. Who benefits most from the ruling, those with big money (elite) and little or no scruples (liberals). Its a big win for developers and any city with a left of center government. Now Big Money and Big Brother can come in and clear out entire neighborhoods in the name of urban renewal. Could you have imagined old Rainey Street being cleared out that way? Already bad enough what we as a city did to Clarkesville. Hopefully some of the commie judges on the Supreme Court decide to retire soon, maybe then we can have a Court that defends states rights and individual rights.

The Real Atrocity

Dick Turban and Coward Dean have gone off and compared Gitmo to the Gulags, Stalags and Holocaust. Maybe we oughta stuffem in a potato sack and drop them off somewhere in the Sunni Triangle so they can see first hand what real torture is at the hands of depraved monsters. And if they return they would probably be beggin women to put their underpants over their heads and laughingly point at their genitals, assuming they had any upon return, or even before they were dropped off. As we all know, our fine military men and women are inflicting "atrocities" upon those enemy non combatants currently in Hotel Gitmo. Yep, the atrocity of providing them with only one Quran, compared to the libraries and tomes of Bibles bestowed upon our boys by the Japanese after such memorable experiences such as Bataan. The crazed indifference to adhere to the enemy non-combatant's religious diet and provide only hot three meals a day, as compared to the buffet lines and fountains of drink available to guests of such fine establishments such as Dachau and Auschwitz. The military is even so horrible to provide only sleeping cots, when even the North Vietnamese provided down comforters and turn down service at the Hanoi Hilton.

Somewhere after the defeat of Al Gore in 2000, the DNC and followers turned their anger towards the conservative movement. Unable to take the field of battle at the ballot box, the liberal movement countered by aiming at the American public. Only instead of attacking opposing candidates directly, the aim has been to attack the foundation upon which those candidates establish and base their principles on, mainly Freedom and Democracy. As made evident by the recent remarks of it's members, the DNC feels it has to inflame the American public to reach it, with much of the same rhetoric that was used to brainwash and influence millions of Germans in the 1930's and subdue and tame the Russian population after the October Revolution. By convincing that the public that the very enemy is among us, looks like you and me, attends our schools and shops at our stores, the DNC hopes to persuade and scare the American people into believing the imperialist's corporate war-monger religious zealot neighbor of yours is far greater threat than any extremist willing to die and kill innocents for his cause. He drives a S.U.V., so he must hate the environment, and wishes to kill us all by drilling in Alaska. He attends church on Sundays, so his sinister aim is to impose his religious will on all around him. He strives to accomplish at work, and by doing so he serves the evil corporations that enslave the world. He gives to charity, not out of compassion, but only out of guilt for treading upon the less fortunate. He flies a flag and has a yellow ribbon, to show support for the imperial crusade the military carries on. He made up the majority vote in the 2004 election, but only through voter fraud and deceit, as exit polls and political analysts are infallible.

Why is it the greatest oppressors in world have always been the ones to instill fear and hate in their populations? Castro to this day builds air raid shelters and warns of the Yankee invasion. The North Koreans to this day still starve the population and horde food in pretense of the upcoming war. The Taliban roamed the countryside, swooping up women and executing them for tempting men, simply for revealing ankle or looking directly at another man in the eyes. These tyrants need to have the people dependent upon them, just as the DNC of today needs to keep their voter block subjugated and riddled with fear. Let us not forget that it was our nation, so terrified of fighting a war on two fronts, so caught off guard by Pearl Harbor, that allowed American Citizens of Japanese decent to be rounded up and placed in interment camps, as to prevent them from signaling the Japanese invasion fleet from the coastline. It is same rhetoric that keeps the minorities, who vote primarily straight Democrat, from seeing any other point of reason beside the ones handed to them. "You are poor, uneducated, without healthcare or luxuries in this world. See what lies on the other side of the railroad tracks, is fair that they have nice houses and cars, dress formal and speak of educated subjects? That that family has two new cars and yours one? That that businessman works in an office and you in a factory? That those teenagers attend college and ours do not. Together we can all have that, we can repart what they have and all of you shall enjoy of that. We will raise the taxes so that they cant make as such money and you will share in it. We shall have those with families and money provide for destitute single mothers forever. We will force the businesses and colleges to accept you and accommodate your standards, without regards to ability."

Why then do my people and most minorities alike flock to that party? Was not Lincoln, the Great Emancipator, a Republican? Was it not the Radical Republicans after Lincoln who left armies of occupation in the South to restore order and enforce the Emancipation Proclamation? Was it not the Ike who sent in troops to Little Rock when Democratic governor stood in the path of integration? Who was it who filibustered the Civil Rights Act so vehemently? Who opposed the Welfare Reform Act of 1996? Who wished to raise our people from living by handouts to living their own hand? Who encourages our single mothers to leave the house from 9am-5pm and who encourages them to leave only on the 1st of the month to the mailbox? Who would tell us that there are better schools, private ones, that can be paid for with vouchers, beyond the inner cities. And who would tell us that the inner city school have worked well for us, so well we are in the same situation as 30 years ago? Who, to this day, tells us to ignore leaders and role models such as Condi Rice, Alberto Gonzales, and Colin Powell? Who jokes about hotel cleaning crews being comprised soley of men of color? Who opposed this great Nation's first Supreme Court Justice of African-American descent, Clarence Thomas? Who opposed Janice Brown in her judicial bid? Who has this party nominated and given these opportunities? But more importantly, in who do you place the responsibility for your success, your achievements, your future?

The fourth officer involved shooting in as many years involving minority teenagers has sparked outrage and anger from minority groups, from demands to the Chief Knee's resignation to the arrest of Officer Schroeder. When watching the Town Hall meeting, take into effect the fact that at the moment, nothing is certain about the events of that fateful night, only that one shot was fired and one person lay dead. If, we as a public, call the very Police that protect us murderers, then ask yourself, in what situation would we call them heros? Perhaps they should stop patrolling and pull out of certain neighborhoods after, say 8pm, as to avoid having to use deadly force (hint hint criminals). Then they would surely be heros! Better yet, impose a reverse racial profiling. Officers are only allowed to stop a certain amount of persons daily, according to that person's race and the percentage of said race in the city. So if an officer has stopped his quota of X persons, and sees and X individual say robbing a bank or driving drunk, he could not pull them over, for fear of discriminating and harming the racial balance that exists in our city. Heros!!! The officers would be heros! Rather than stopping at the individual officer, extend this policy to the whole police department. No more anti-drug task forces in drug infested areas such as Dove Springs and Rundberg, to dedicate the Task Force's time in these areas shows a bias against the people living there. We must spend equal time rooting out the crack dealers and prostitution rings and cracks houses in such hotbeds as Circle C and Bull Creek, these areas are just as, if not more dangerous. Heros!! Heros of the State!! Of course to do such things would only lead to an exponential increase in crime, and for any Austinite deny that is to believe the moon is made of Organic Soy Free Range Goat Cheese. Death in any situation is a painful and horrific experience to the ones left behind. The anger and sorrow on many faces at the meeting was obvious, however misplaced. A man wiser than myself once said "Fix the problem, not the blame". Examine the situation from above, as is if were playing out on tv with no sound. Knowing only these facts, draw a conclusion:

An anti-drug sweep is in progress (how does this affect Police attitudes at the moment?)
A vehicle is pulled over (under what circumstances, for what violation?)
One occupant is recognized by an officer as having a grand theft felony arrest warrant out. (what qualifies as a felony grand theft, what assumptions are made of those individuals?)
One shot is fired, and one of the vehicle's occupants is dead (preliminary autopsy shows one gunshot would to the back)

Is this enough information to draw a conclusion? Hardly. The internal investigation will last longer than the 24 hours it took many people to make assumptions about the officer. Too many unanswered questions means we, as a public, will have to wait. At what distance was the bullet fired? At what angle? What, if any, injuries did the officer sustain? Was the APD policy to blame for this incident?

Let us fix the Problem in this situation. The problem is not that the Police are racist, targeting minorities for execution and harrasment. The problem is not the War on Drugs, or its effects on minority nieghborhoods. No, the problem is the culture of desensitizion and plausable deniability that we bring our children up in. Gone are the days of " Be home by 8pm and stay outta trouble", replaced by the silence of a door shutting as children leave the house, turning a cold shoulder to parents transfixed on the television or at work and not home. How many children heeded the calls to "Stay off the streets so the police dont shoot you" after this incident, but were never reminded by those same parents "Dont sell drugs, dont commit crime, stay in school." After seeing the initial reactions of some community leaders over and over on the newscasts, I can probably bet which ones gave their children that wholesome advice. The blame lies on us as a community, as a people, for not instilling the values and respect in our children as was done so long ago. This situation could have been avoided entirely if the vehicle's occupants were at home, work, church or involved in some other activity that didnt center around bags of green grass-like substances. The War on Drugs would not be necessary is every individual obeyed the law and shunned drugs. The property crime and theft that comes with drug infested areas would disappear if drug dealers lost their audience and the junkies followed their dealers to lands farther away. We are to blame, for not knowing or caring about our children's actions, warrants, activities. We are to blame for believing that prison is meant to reform individuals, and allowing them back on our streets in too little time. We believe that prison can change ppl just as the reformatories of the eary 19th century attempted to do. The testament to their success can be seen on the heaps of ruins where they once stood.

Whatever the outcome in this case, We must remember that had the situations been reversed, and a teenager shot and killed a police officer, he would be entitled to all the benefit of the doubt, first before a grand jury, them before a jury, then, if convicted, before parole boards, and finally before the public. Lets extend that same courtesy to the officer, who may one day be between some dirty bearded, intoxicated, smelly criminal (or hippie who ate the fermented Soy goat cheese) and you and your family. Let's wait before the facts are in and the investigations are over. In the meantime, there is one less officer on the streets today, which makes us:

(A) Happy - the less jackboots and police states the better, humans are good by nature

(B) Vulnerable - one less officer probably increases response times, patrol areas etc.
(C) Safer - One less cop to arrest me for treating my panic attacks over the global pollution with marijuana
(D) Where do I buy Organic Soy Free Range Goat Cheese?

Any other answer than B probably means that you also feel sorry for rocks for being rocks, are appalled that my Suburban chugs gasoline, and pass out upon seeing Native Americans hunt baby seals.

Cuales son las responsabilidades que tengo como padre o madre dela familia?
Cuales son las obligaciones que tengo con mi nuevo pais, y cuales son las obligaciones que van a tener mis hijos?

Mucha de nuestra gente viene de paises donde el criminal mas grande usa uniforme, donde la mordida es comun, y donde el mas grande el gub. el peor. Yo por mi parte prefiero un gub. pequeno, con una camara de representantes haciendo las leyes. Es justo que el gub. ya tenga mi futuro hecho, mi retiro garantizido, las carerras de mis hijos escojidas?
Es justo que me digan que yo o mis hijos no somos tan inteligentes como otros solo por mi raza?

Por que me pregunto, tantos de mi gente son esclavos a un partido que no los quiere? Y cuando les digo que no los quiere, es por que no los quiere. Este partido va ensenar a nuestros hijos que Dios no hizo la tierra ni al hombre, si no que a sido un processo scientifico. Va a ensenar a nuestras hijas que es su derecho salir a la calle y volver embarazadas, que la solucion queda en una clinica y no hay responsabilidad o consequencias de sus acciones. Va a ensenar a nuestros hijos que cuando sus papas estan tan viejos or enfermos que no se pueden alimentar, que es justo dejar que mueran de hambre. Un partido que demanda que las elecciones de gubernador en California son ilegal por el motivo que nuestra gente no tiene la capacidad mental para usar una maquina de votar, despues de que hemos usado la misma maquina dos anos antes. Un partido que quiere tener control sober nuestras vidas, nuestras acciones, y nuestra fe. Un partido que ensena que la iresponsabilidad es un derecho de hombre, no una falla. Como podemos permitir que laderones y violadores de ninos salen de la carcel, so porque tuvieron una vida dura? Todos tenemos una vida dura, pagando la renta, encontrando tiempo para pasar con nuestros hijos, precupando de donde vamos a pagar la luz. Somos gente fuerte con mucho fe, deseamos solo trabajar y dar a nuestros hijos lo que nosotros no tuviemos. No podemos permitir que nadie nos quita eso. City of Austin bans smoking everywhere except Council Chambers

May 7th will bring either a reprieve for the Austin music scene, or a deliver an execution date. Our glorious comrades in the city council, after much consideration and several ounces of Jamiaca's finest, have determined that the smoke that lingers in Austin's bars is harmful, and that the average Citizen, being too stupid to know this and make a rational decision on whether or not to enter said establishments, have simplified the though process for us and decided to ban smoking in all public places, save the bingo halls and hotels. Just one more example of the City's love-hate affair with the live music scene. On one hand we as a city host SXSW and promote music and arts to the fullest, yet on the other we slap the music establishments with noise ordinances (to protect the geniuses who purchase lofts and apartments ontop of or near Sixth Street and whine about the noise), arrest and carry away aggravated, felonious conga-liners (if you place your head in your rectum, I'm told the drums do look like AK-47s from that angle), and now we shall seal the lid on the coffin (hehehe) with a smoking ban. The honest fact is that the bars and restaurants that depend on smoking clientele will suffer if not die out. Up & coming musicians don't get encouragement or like to play to empty seats. Empty bar stools don't tip and help pay the bartenders rent or waitress's tuition. Less liquor and beer sales, as well as revenue equals less tax revenue for an already tight budget. Some in this city see smoking on the same level as Al-queda, and I agree that smoking is harmful, but as an individual I choose where to go and what to subject myself to. I like checking out the Bob Marley Fest every year if possible, but I have never stopped from going for risk of smelling marijuana smoke, that's like going swimming and acting shocked that you got wet.....! For the non-smokers check out Smoke free Mondays, you find plenty of parking and bar all to yallselves. Ask the bar owners what Smoke Free Mondays would do to them if they happened 365 days a year. South By SouthWest would come to Austin and have to rent out all the Starbucks in town just to accommodate the music, much less the film fest. The idea that the nonsmoking segment of the population will flock to the smoke-free bars is a fairy tale, up there with Snow White and Cinderella. It's something that people tell themselves to make themselves feel better, for no one want to be holding the knife that stabbed the music scene and small business owners in the back and then twisted it all around. For those that still insist that the ban is a good thing and wont hurt the downtown scene, Ill make you a deal:

Should the scene remain the same 2 years from now, after a smoking ban, and no businesses were hurt, you shall have our praise and respect, we shall build statues and busts of you everywhere, rename streets in your honor, and sing your name before the National Anthem every day.

Should small businesses be hurt, bars close, people lose their jobs or the music scene change two years from now, you should compensate them since the non-smokers never turned out in the numbers to sustain their livelyhoods. Lead yourself and all the enlightened ones who voted yes to Mount Bonnell and pretend yall are endangered southern green somethinged lemmings, just keep pouring over the cliff (after compensating the people you hurt though, with your life insurance).

Heaven to a Liberal must be like a green unspoiled field of flowers, where hummingbirds and puppy dogs play, dotted by the occasional Communist-era Tenement Building, where everything is homogeneous and equal, with an Abortion Clinics next to a Strip Club, across from a Free Meat Ration Centers next to the Government Will Adopt All Unwanted Animals center, all underneath billboards reminding Citizens to hug a tree and save a whale. Citizens that gain entry into this Heaven include Pedophiles and Serial murders, because their sins are the result of societies mistakes, Terrorists who are forgiven because the Citizens didnt respect their viewpoints or situation enough, Adulterers and bigamists, because by denying them where would the Great Leaders of the Left go when they died? (Roosevelt, Kennedy, Clinton and the ever faithful Jesse Jackson). Those who do not accept the State as the highest power in their lives go to somewhere else when they die, so this heaven is void of Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hindus and every other religious group. The word God is taboo, for someone might be offended, and besides, religion has yet to be proven thru scientific methods, and science is never wrong. Alas, there are too many right angles in a Cross, to few in a Crescent or Star, and statues of overweight smiling bald men are offensive to overweight smiling bald men, and can all be easily replaced by the huge red banners of the State. The average Citizen enjoys handing over his / her paycheck to his neighborhood government official, and celebrates when handed back enough to survive for three days after payday. It is immoral and illegal for a company to strive work hard and gain success in their field while turning a profit, so government nationalizes the company and dishes out free cigarettes, alcohol, and oil, all while the Citizen rejoices over the end of the evil corporations. The average Citizen eagerly rolls up their sleeve and smile when the friendly and honest neighborhood government official informs them they are too sick or old or sad or unhealthy or rational and would burden the state, even reimbursing the state for the needle and injection. In this Heaven the Citizen accepts that the State is the ultimate salvation , the highest power, and that their life is unimportant, to be lived only serving and praising the state, and to be finished by the state. In this Heaven the bigger the government the better and the more bureaucracy the better. .........

Red State of Affairs

Ive been asked to clarify my position politically, so here goes:

I consider myself a constitutionalist, more conservative fiscally and religiously with socially liberal tendencies (I give my spare change to the guy selling pencils). Most importantly I believe in the supreme power of the state, the government is the glue that holds them together, but in the state lies the power. I prefer it that way, so if the people of state 123 decide they want to ban smoking outright, and i live in state 123, I can move to state ABC where smoking is seen as a privilige of age (why I dont live in a dry county in Texas). I see welfare as a temporary *Stress temporary* assistance to be given in conditions of unemployment or hardship. I believe in individual responsibility, the sacredness of the Flag, the unwavering support of our troops in no matter what situation. Equality should be universal, by breaking people down into groups and genders and races we divide more than unite. I believe using quotas and percentages in hiring and admissions furthers racism, not resolves it. Education should be just that, education, and institutions of education should educate, not politic. We must respect our neighbors nationally, but not allow them to determine our role in the world, that is our own choice. I believe in the death penalty, because an individual who does not value life shouldnt miss his/her own. I believe if someone hits you with a rock you smackem with a 2x4 with a nail it. I oppose abortion, religiously and because there are alternatives except in the case of rape incest or medical necessity, and because I believe abortion in itself is a tool to suppress the minorities in this country and allow the single rich women to act like rhymes with boars,(Google the California lady offering free sterilization to inner-city women). My heroes wear many uniforms, policeman blue, firefighter yellow, paramedic white, soldier green. I love nature, I catch n release, but wont flip my Suburban three times over and kill my family to avoid a squirrel in the road. I love fireworks, pickups, cherry pie, my guns. I trust no but myself when it comes to my money, I prefer the lowest possible number in the F.I.T column of my check. I have a cross, not so much to protect me but to remind me of the sacrifice He mad for me. In short: GOD GUNS GLORY, all three ensure the survival and safety of my family.

I was wondering how long it would take the Supreme court to start playing the role of King Creator and Master, I now have my answer with thier decision to abolish the death penalty for those under 18 years of age. Makes perfect sense right? Those under the age of 18 have yet to develop a moral understanding of the world, learn the difference between wrong and right, and comprehend the sanctity of life. The state should not be allowed to administer capital punishment in that case, correct? Even if Billy was only 16 or 17 when he walks into a ice cream shop, ties up the 4 teenage girls who work there part-time, attempts to rape them, shoots each in the head twice, douses the bodies in gasoline, sets the building on fire, and dumps the gun. Nope the state has no right to kill those who commit the ultimate sin, no matter how young. Maybe Billy didn't get a pony when he was little, maybe he had a bad childhood. My liberal (somewhat pinko commie) friends agree, unless of course the minor in question has done nothing wrong, except maybe chosen the wrong mother's womb to inhabit, then it's perfectly legal, a "personal choice", a woman's "right". The hypocrasy is nauseating. Make that point to your liberal friends, hear their reaction to state executions of minors and then, and only then, ask "what if the minor has done nothing at all, just made a poor choice when it came to his/her mother?". Listen to the wails and laments of "government infringement on our rights, yada yada"
Tis a sad day, when 5 justices reverse what should be essentially a state's power, a decision determined by the people of one state through their legislature. I pointed out to my liberal friends (in Austin its easier to catch falling meteors than walk around and not bump into one) that the D.C. sniper duo comprised of one older individual and one 17 year old who pulled the trigger. Utter silence, somewhat beautiful, somewhat sad (the response mechanisms in their heads shut down), shattered by the universal liberal response to anything, ("the car broke", "I lost my homework", "Hitler invaded Poland", etc...) "It's society's fault". I shall not (H.) say his name in vain, why is so hard to believe a human cannot develop the ability to distinguish between wrong and right, to learn that killing is wrong. The Malvo kid watched thru his scope as people's heads exploded after he pulled the trigger. Even my dumbest (no apologies to the P.C. warriors) liberal amigos know that if you touch a hot stove u get burned. Hence Pavlov's theory, my brain (no matter how small) equates the hot stove with pain, I avoid touching it. By denying that Malvo can assume responsibility for his crimes you diminsh the entire human race. I can't wait to hear of gang members recruiting minors to carry out killing police and innocent bystanders by coercing their recruits with "it's ok, you'll get respect from every gang and they can't give you death penalty".

Why Texas Is Better Than California

List of Rants and Grudges I hold against Cali:

Hollywood - couldn't the leftist elite find somewhere else to congregate....perhaps Alaska?
Sin Taxes - compare the price of cigarettes, gas, alcohol to every other state...and California still has a budget problem?
Power Outages - Aside from Cuba, the only place in the Western Hemisphere that doesnt have reliable electric coverage...and then California tries to Sue El Paso Electric for selling them"overpriced" energy? I'm sorry Texas has its own electrical grid, I'm sorry Texans choose to invest in alternative energies, I'm sorry Texas wont starve it's citizens of electricity to power California. Besides, when California had the chance to expand their capabilities, too many of the ideal places for geothermic and hydroelectric power sources were in "enviromentally sensitive areas", meaning they didnt get built. Also check to see how many hours per year the Wind Farms actually run their turbines, not many considering how many hours per day they're shut off because of the risk of killing migratory birds.
I'm sure I'll think of more as have yet another "lively discussion" with my Cali friends
